EVENT: “An Evening in the Tropics”
CLIENT: East Valley Child Center
WHERE: Scottsdale, Arizona
A beach theme created the mood for a fund raising event held outdoors in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. Live music and a custom photography set added to the attendees’ enjoyment. Staging support included an extensive sound system covering a large waterfront area. Stylized lighting and sound support was provided for a seven piece band and gave the event a sea-side music festival feeling. Large Plasma screens were strategically placed throughout the area for viewing of PowerPoint presentations and videos.
