A basic corporate theater was reconfigured to meet the conditions stipulated by our customer's client, the U.S. Air Force. The program consisted of Power Point screens and oral presentations by nine speakers on stage. The speakers' presentations were recorded by multiple cameras and switched live with content from remote locations that was fed through secured internet connectivity. In addition to the main theater, an audience overflow room was configured with audio and video monitors. Furthermore, General Dynamics was instructed to record the presentation and provide three sets of the 5 hour program on DVD at the end of the presentation. To accommodate that requirement, a specific recording and duplication system was assembled on site.
“As Program Manager for the Air and Space Operations Center WSI proposal effort, I can strongly assert that Desert Light Productions under the leadership of Ken Grant provided the most professional and technically orchestrated Oral Presentation production support that I have experienced in over 14 years of involvement with Oral Presentations in support of Government solicitation reviews. Ken’s team of creative professionals timely responded to our every production need well under budget, and their resulting presentation products exceeded our every expectation. Without hesitation, I would turn to Ken and his team for my future video production endeavors, and would highly recommend the services of Desert Light Productions to other managers as well.”
