The society conducted three days of educational programs and case study presentations held simultaneously in three different ballrooms. Desert Light Productions provided the sound and projection systems for all venues, and a media creation room consisting of multiple computers linked together, which gave the presenters a place to work on their program visuals and share content material. DLP also provided additional creative graphic design support to their existing media.
